Sofia Vergara in World’s Most Powerful Women List Draw Jeers

The inclusion and high rankings of Sofia Vergara (Modern Family TV sitcom) and Beyonce (singer/actress) in Forbes Magazine’s annual list of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women draw jeers from netizens. The criticism arises from the high rank of Sofia Vergara who is in the no. 38 spot and Beyonce Knowles- at no. 17 edging out heads of state and government, Queen Elizabeth, and several First Ladies and CEO’s of global brands. Highest celebrity ranked is Oprah Winfrey while another celeb, Angelina Jolie is at least deserving of her no. 37 spot as a UN goodwill ambassador and her philanthropy.
