Samsung Galaxy S4 hands on! (Watch video above). Turned out the leaks the past few days are true. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is definitely the iPhone killer, specs below. It will be available in the Philippines in late April, probably offered in 24 to 30 months contract with Globe, Smart and Sun telcos. Rumors say the Philippine price will be at 35k to 40k a pop. Internationally, it will be out as early as next week. The S4 has a 13 megapixel camera, true 1080p 4.99″ Super AMOLED screen, and 2GB of RAM. Not only that but the flagship Samsung smartphone also comes with some pretty cool features like tilt-scroll and the wave function, which allows users to scroll through pictures without even touching the screen, and just using one’s eyes.

Samsung Galaxy S4 is of a “polycarbonate” (read “plastic”) made. The iPhone 5 is anodized aluminum. The S4 weighs 130g (4.6 ounces) and 7.9mm (0.31 inches) thin while the iPhone 5 weighs at 3.9 ounces and 0.3 inch thickness (or thinness). The Samsung Galaxy S4 is 4.99 inch super AMOLED screen with 441 ppi (pixels per inch) while the iPhone 5 has a 4 inch retina screen with 326 ppi. iPhone 5 display has a resolution of 1136×640, while the S4 has a 1920 x 1080 resolution (full HD 1080p).
