Charice Botox and Thermage at Belo Medical Clinic

Charice's kumpil

The Charice Botox and Thermage procedures at Belo Medical Clinic is now creating a stir worldwide for ethical reasons. The press is not criticizing because it is not fashionable but because Charice is deemed too young at 18 years old to undergo a botox procedure. You see, a Botox treatment was originally intended to lessen or even diminish the appearance of wrinkles, but in the case of Charice, I don’t think she has wrinkles yet. Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton criticized Charice undergoing Botox treatment saying she is too young for such a cosmetic surgery procedure. Perez Hilton said: “Somebody was lying! What is the world coming to? Charice getting Botox was captured on video — and it looks like she got some done in other places besides her jaw! So maybe it was for cosmetic reasons?”. I think Charice undergoing Botox and Thermage procedures are fine, if her reps and she herself finds it okay. But the not so nice part of it is that Charice and her reps are not discreet enough or even decent enough to hide her undergoing such minor cosmetic surgery procedures. Allowing such cosmetic surgery procedures as Botox and Thermage, however minor they may be, to be captured live on camera, for the whole world to see, is stretching the limit of stars being public property’s. Charice denied she had to undergo Botox and Thermage in preparation for her recurring role in the hit US TV show, Glee. A rep for Charice said: “The procedure was to relieve a jaw problem similar to TMJ. You’ve seen her face – she doesn’t have a wrinkle in it so she wouldn’t need it for cosmetic purposes. The Glee people are thrilled with the way she looks which is why she got the part. The only change that will be noticeable is that “she had her hair colored at the Brad Johns Studio at Elizabeth Arden in NYC. That’s the only cosmetic thing she’s done.” Charice is the first Asian in history to land in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 album chart.
