Arno Morales or Arno Fuchs (Isn’t it ironic, don’t you think?LOLz) is a former Star Magic talent who has been arrested by the NBI for allegedly uploading a video of him and his girlfriend in the internet. Arno Morales played Sarah Geronimo’s brother, Stephen Magtalas, in two movies, You Changed My Life and A Very Special Love. Arno Morales who is Arno Fuchs in real life is said to have studied in UP has uploaded a video of him and his girlfriend after they broke up last year. After being cast in two movies, recent sightings of him is that he frequents Eastwood Mall of late. He was paired with Laureen Young before.

Arno Morales was charged with Violation of Republic Act (RA) 9262 or Violence Against Women and their Children before the Pasig City RTC Branch 162 last year due to the complaint of his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend. The girl alleged that Arno Morales was responsible for circulating their video after they broke up.

The warrant for his arrest was issued last February 21, but the police failed to locate the actor in his residence at the posh Blueridge in Quezon City. He was later found residing at Project 6, Quezon City.

The NBI were able to trace the origin of the video by looking at its IP address. “Syempre artista kaya medyo mailap siyang makita, so tinrace namin yung location kung saan i-nupload yung video using the IP address,” according to an NBI official. They were also able to seize the laptop and other devices which contained the video and photos of the 17-year-old girl.

Arno’s mother, Wilhelmina Fuchs, meanwhile denied that her son was responsible for uploading the video of the actor since the BlackBerry phone and iPod Touch of the accused, which contains the controversial video, was lost in a party two months ago.

Arno Morales, for his part, thinks that this is just a boyfriend-girlfriend misunderstanding:

“Away lang ng mag-girlfriend/boyfriend yun so dont’t make a big deal out of it,” the actor said, referring to the media.
