Vicki Belo Beauty 101 tv show: Claudine Barretto episode. It featured Claudine Barretto undergoing several aesthetic procedure including breast reduction (o di ba!). It also features Raquel Pempengco, Charice Pempengco ’s mom who underwent liposuction. Dr. Vicki Belo, is a renowned cosmetic surgeon in the Philippines. She is famous for having performed dermatological services on high-profile members of the Philippine showbiz. Belo is the Medical Director of the Belo Medical Group. The Group owns and operates six medical clinics.

Vicki Belo is not a member of the Philippine Dermatological Society because she did not train in dermatology locally and passed the local dermatological exam. Nevertheless, she is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology however, the American Academy of Dermatology is not the certifying body for dermatology and one can only be called a dermatologist after being Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Belo is a former aerobics and group fitness trainer. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman in 1978. She then attended the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1985. She obtained a Diploma in Dermatology from the Institute of Dermatology in Bangkok, Thailand, in 1990.

    did you guys notice vicky belo’s upper lip? it doesnt move with the rest of her face.
    is that the effect of cosmetic surgery? or just plain result of botulism injection? theres another former actress that now looks like her too, charo santos. her upper lip is also frozen. does it go away in time?
