The University of the Philippines’ Oblation Run, an annual tradition of a certain fraternity parading with no clothes on, and more like running as fast as they can hide actually, is usually held on mid-December just before students go on a Christmas break. Well, what a treat indeed. Seems like cold turkey or vianna sausage to some though..

The UP Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity stages it, usually around Palma Hall (AS), University of the Philippines-Diliman. This fraternity tradition turns into a university event attracting big crowd and media mileage. Be there, if you can!

The Oblation is the iconic symbol of the University of the Philippines, represented by a man with arms wide-stretched and face facing up, symbolizing selfless offering of one’s self to his country.
