TFC versus GMA Pinoy TV

abs-cbn_tfcThe Filipino Channel or TFC is a Filipino broadcasting service owned by ABS-CBN and was launched in 1994. The Filipino Channel or TFC has over 200,000 U.S. Filipino subscribers viewing the Tagalog-language premium programming service in North America. TFC is currently available in 75% of the world. TFC airs a 24-hour lineup of shows produced by ABS-CBN, and is also backed by several other international direct-to-home services, branded under the TFC Direct name. In addition to TFC, ABS-CBN bundles three other 24-hour video channels (news, movies, and marathon episodes of well-loved TV series, classic and current), two radio channels and other products.

GMA Pinoy TV meanwhile, was incorporated in February 2004 by GMA Network, an international Filipino television station.

GMA Pinoy TV draws its programming from its flagship station GMA 7 in the Philippines, GMA Pinoy TV programs can be seen in the United States, Canada, Singapore, the Middle East and North Africa and parts of Europe and Australia with a claimed 265,000 subscribers.

    Its GOD will that ABS-CBN will be number 1 tv station in the philippines and in the whole world coz they have 3′oclock prayer habit (Prayer of divine mercy)and they are humble, elegant tv station. I hope GMA7 will accept that they are number 2 only.

    for me ABS-CBN still the best in worldwide services worldwide and globally= GMA is just a gaya gaya becasue they knew they’re faces to the entertainment will going to gone soonly becasue they can’t have the global services!!! so that is why they plan to do the gma pinoy tv or also known as punot tv right?????

    the one informations above was absolutely not true!!!! THE ARTICLES SAID tfc ONLY HAVE 200k but the gma have 265k it was worng the ratings or subscribers rating of that shown above was surely since AGO AGO AGO it was form the past!!!!1

    becasue the actual rating was cannot shown public only for top and spectacular and immense network like the ABS-CBN right????

    also GMA wantS to make and put and share some bad ugly and paninira TO ABS-CBN BECAUSE THEY KNEW THEY WAS #1 in words but not in people !!!!!!

    tfc have the very worldwide services for the 6 continents of the world except of antartica!!!

    here in USA the tfc was granted of the hollywood stars such as one of the very powerful stars of the year in 2008 watching everyday of TFC with translations have ready!!@@@

    all or most of the hollywodds stars from uSA and europe they said TFC WAS #1 abs-cbn AND IT WAS ANNOUNCED AND news to the newspaper tv radio in the whole europe and usa about the TFC and ABS-CBN how very worldwide services they have!!!!!!!

    di ko alam kung bakit sinasabi niyong walang quality ang mga programa ng GMA. hula ko, sinasabi niyo lang yan dahil kapamilya kayo.

    at tsaka anong problema kung nagka pinoy tv ang GMA? gaya gaya ba ang tawag dun?

    research kayo sa internet. tingnan niyo kung anong ang mas madaming awards internationally. di ABS kundi GMA ang panalo.

    about GMA Pinoy Tv vs TFC, natural lang na maalarma na ang TFC dahil unti na lang at pantay na sila ng dami ng subscribers. ilang taon na ang TFC compared to GMA PInoy tv pero halos pareho na ang bilang ng subscibers.

    ABS - CBN TFC parin.

    GMA cannot and will never reach the quality of programs from ABS-CBN.
    Truly ABS-CBN is in the Service of the Filipino Worldwide.
    Quality wise ABS-CBN rules.
    Social Responsibility still ABS-CBN rules.
    Market Value, Hugeness in scale and market share still ABS-CBN rules.
