This is the complete transcript of the controversial Judy Ann Santos talent manager and entertainment columnist Alfie Lorenzo Startalk Interview. This interview was shown yesterday, October 18 on Startalk. Judy Ann Santos got the ire of her manager when she decided to consult her lawyer first before signing an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN. The Exclusive ABS-CBN contract is to last until 2011. Alfie Lorenzo feels that Judy Ann Santos has lost trust of him as a manager by consulting a lawyer first, eventhough Judy Ann Santos reportedly got a very good deal out of the supposed ABS-CBN exclusive contract. Here’s what Alfie Lorenzo had to say in Startalk:

“Naiinis lang kasi after 20 years, ngayon lang siya nagkonsulta sa abogado, E, naaalala ko nga, that time na mag-asawa siya at mabuntis siya, wala na siyang offer, wala na siyang trabaho. Inaalagaan ko lang ang future nila. The same way na bata pa lang ‘yan, inaalagaan ko na, hanggang sa pag-aasawa. Siyempre, wala naman akong tutol sa kanila ni Ryan and, in fact, I appreciate Ryan’s gesture na hindi naman siya nakikialam sa career ni Juday.”

“May guarantee siya na kung mag-aaaral nga siya (Judy Ann) sa States ng Culinary Arts, may allowance siya. Kung halimbawa magtanan siya, magpakasal, mabuntis siya, may allowance siya. So I signed it at sabi ko, papirmahan n’yo na kay Juday.

The whole day of Wednesday (October 8), wala siyang gagawin noon, victory party ng Kulam. After that, siguro mga two o’ clock or three ‘o clock, puwede na siyang tumawid sa ABS, di ba? E, tumawag sa akin ang executive ng Dos na humihingi nga raw ng kopya si Juday. So, ni-meet nila si Juday. Sabi, ‘Bigyan n’yo ako ng kopya at ipakikita ko sa abogado ko.

Wala pa naman si Judy Ann, nagsusugal na ako. Hindi naman ako pulubi nang madampot ni Juday. Siya ang pulubi nang madampot ko. Ngayon, she’s a billionaire! Alalahanin na lang ni Juday yung 20 years na nakapila pa sila sa Cubao, na nagdyi-jeep lang. Hanggang sa naihanap ko sila ng apartment na ako pa rin minsan ang nag-aabono. Yung first van niya, ako pa rin ang nag-down no’n.

Hindi naman kabawasan sa akin bilang talent manager kung mamuhay na nang tahimik si Juday sa piling ni Ryan. Well, I hope they become the first couple that will not separate in showbiz. Good luck!

Okay lang naman sa akin. Hindi naman ako na-devastate noong lahat sila… Nag-asawa si Sheryl Cruz, nag-asawa si Jackie Forster, nag-asawa si Ruffa Gutierrez, nag-asawa si Sunshine Cruz, okey lang yun, di ba? Marami pa namang matutuklasang talents. Stars come and go.

Talagang ang mga artistang babae kapag…(Startalk censored this part) . Wala na…nawawala sila sa katinuan nila. Bahala na siya kung gusto pa niya ako or ang attorney niya.

After all this outburst, Alfie Lorenzo is still optimistic that the matter will be settled amicably by saying, “Maaayos din naman yun… Dyusko!” as his final hurrah.

Judy Ann Santos meanwhile was also interviewed by Startalk and was aired right after Alfie’s. Juday was very diplomatic about the situation and said that she only wanted to make things straight, given the fact that she has a tax evasion case, and does not see anything wrong with consulting a lawyer first. She said that she wanted to settle the matter privately with her manager Alfie Lorenzo.

Sharon Cuneta is indeed one of the richest Philippine Celebrity out there, in fact if Forbes magazine would have a list of one, the Megastar Sharon Cuneta would top the list with Kris Aquino following very closely. But i guess money can’t buy happiness or so it seems. Sharon Cuneta is besieged with separation rumors from husband Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan. And the Birkin bag photo above was snapped upon Sharon’s arrival from Hongkong where she reportedly tried to mend her broken heart. Gossip abounds that the Megastar Sharon Cuneta has finally discovered what is the alleged truth about the rumored affair with Kiko and her former secretary in his Senate office. And that she left in haste after earning about this, together with her children and close confidantes to Hongkong. To which Sen. Kiko Pangilinan, when interviewed said, there was no truth to the rumors, Sharon left for Hongkong with daughter KC Concepcion and some close friends, to do her annual Christmas shopping. Me, I’m just happy to get a new flat screen TV this Christmas after reading all about it in the big screen center blog.

When Sharon Cuneta arrived in Manila, she did not categorically denied the frenzied news story but said that “mali mali ang balita, like kasama nya ang lahat ng anak to HK, which turned out to be not true, so dun pa lang, mali mali na ang lumalabas.”

This is the aftermath of that whole “Joey De Leon explain before you complain” and Willie Revillame crying brouhaha that happened on national TV. Back in January, the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) absolved the noontime show Wowowee from any irregularity resulting from its Wilyonaryo segment (Check out the video and transcript in that Wilyonaryo link). On the other hand, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) NCR filed an Administrative case against ABS-CBN as per a fact finding panel have recommended. The fact finding panel was composed of the Consumer Welfare Trade Group, Bureau of Trade Regulation Cosumer Protection, representatives from MTRCB, KBP, and a consumer organization Nationwide Association of Consumers.

ABS-CBN, in January has released this statement:

“ABS-CBN is extremely disappointed with the charges filed by the Department of Trade and Industry…ABS-CBN categorically denies any wrongdoing or violation of law. ABS-CBN is reiterates…there was a design flaw in the wheels but there was never any intention to gain any advantage over contestants or control te outcome of the contests. ABS-CBN will answer the charges and is confident that it will be absolved of any liability.”

On Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) formally released the results of its investigation and found ABS-CBN guilty of the irregularity in the Wowowee Wilyonaryo segment and ordered ABS-CBN to pay P290,000 in fines and with an execution of written undertaking. This is what in part is the dispositive portion of the 11 page judgment by the DTI:

“A reasonable assessment of the existing game mechanics and procedures implemented at the time of the subject 20 August 2007 Wilyonaryo episode reveals that the game show segment allowed a reasonable likelihood of error and provided the host and organizers significant latitude in controlling the outcome of the contest.”

Angelika Dela Cruz has finally stopped telling us lies. And she admitted it by saying, “Grabe I’m so happy too nagulat lang…Do you think I should tell the truth na I was engaged na for two years and kept it a secret lang? What do you think? I don’t want to lie anymore.” Angelika Dela Cruz said this in the context of her 3 months pregnancy and her civil wedding to long time boyfriend Orion Caesario. What is appaling is that I was able to catch the Startalk interview with Angelika Dela Cruz and she said it straight to the camera that she is pregnant and is planning to wed but probably in a civil wedding ceremony daw muna, but lo and behold, she had been maried all along na pala in civil rites last Aug. 19.

Angelika Dela Cruz is still busy working though despite her pregnancy. She is on the new Primetime series, La Lola and in the afternoon soap, Una Kang Naging Akin.

John Prats stars in Komiks Presents: Mars Ravelo’s Tiny Tony. John Prats plays a superhero and of course dons a superhero fitting outfit so expect some John Prats bulge, LOL. In Tiny Tony, John Prats plays Tony, a simple guy who after a freak accident is transformed from a normal person to a tiny superhero.

“Tiny Tony” also stars Alex Gonzaga, Coco Martin, Susan Africa, and Mura Gerard Acao. It is directed by Mr. Dondon Santosa and it premiered last Saturday, October 11 and will be seen every Saturday thereafter.
