Diether Ocampo transfers to GMA 7 after being with the rival ABS-CBN Network for a longtime. Diether Ocampo just starred in the recently concluded hit ABS-CBN Primetime soap, Iisa Pa Lamang opposite Claudine Barretto, Gabby Concepcion, and Angelika Panganiban. Diether Ocampo signed a long term contract with the Kapuso Network and is expected to land the lead role in the Philippine remake of the hit Koreanovela, “All About Eve.”

Reportedly, it was Diether Ocampo himself who offered his services to GMA 7 and introduced himself as an “independent artist.” ABS-CBN and GMA 7 are bitter rivals with both networks constantly on the lookout for talents they can easily pirate.

He became “famous” for the McDonalds “Pa-Cheeseburger Ka Naman” Commercial, San Mig Light (waiter) with Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes in a bar Commercial and now Randolph Stamatelaky appears in Betty La Fea. In a Circle of 10 (2002) Press Release, it says, RANDOLPH STAMATELAKY (aka Randolph Gabriel now being managed by Manny Valera) — SM Star Model 2002 Title Holder, Kung Mawawala Ka, Mossimo Bikini Summit 2002 finalist, Boracay Bodies 2002 2nd runner-up, appeared in Sharon Cuneta’s Crying Ladies, GMA’s Hanggang Kailan and Starstruck. I think Randolph Stamatelaky is now with Star Magic. If he is using Randolph Stamatelaky as his screen name, he better change it to something more easy to pronounce and recall or else risk being forgotten. Imagine a surname like Marian Stamatelaky or Angel Stamatelaky, kung sumikat, LOL.

UPDATE: Vina Morales confirms her pregnancy and said: “I am very happy to share that I will be a mother soon. I never intended to hide my condition.”

Vina Morales is two months pregnant and the father is her non-showbiz boyfriend Cedric Lee. Cedric Lee, however is still married to Judy Lee, despite years of legal separation. Since Cedric Lee has an annulment case from his wife Judy Lee that is ongoing, Vina Morales and Cedric Lee cannot be sued for concubinage.

Cedric Lee has two kids with Judy, ages 12 and 9. Vina Morales is scheduled to give an interview on the “The Buzz” on Sunday.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: Speculations are ripe that Vina Morales is pregnant. The Vina Morales pregnant rumor all started when Star Magic scheduled a solo presscon for Vina on September 15, but was hastefully cancelled. The presscon is suppose to be to welcome Vina Morales to the Star Magic stable.

Star Magic could not comment on the pregnant rumors saying only that Vina Morales definitely knows what she’s doing because she is after all is 32 years old. Star Magic could not confirm nor deny the issue and could also speculate that if the rumors are true, nanghihinayang sila because Vina has just started with them and already gets several inquiries for possible projects.

Vina’s father meanwhile who called to cancel the presscon said that Vina is in Japan right now for a previously agreed commitment. Gossip mongers meanwhile are speculating that Vina could not come out to tell all about her pregnancy because she is in a bind. According to reports, the alleged father of Vina’s child is Vina’s non-showbiz boyfriend for two years.

Still according to reports, the non-showbiz boyfriend, who is Chinese-Filipino, is still legally married to another Chinese Filipino who is much richer than the boyfriend and owns a cosmetic surgery clinic in Makati. Rayver Cruz at 19 is baby faced but mature at the center, that’s what the Star Studio Magazine article title is when it featured Rayver Cruz at no. 10 in the Top 12 Hotties of 2008.  Rayver Cruz who stands at 5′10 1/2 is sexy to me! Too bad loveteam Shaina Magdayao rejected him and opted for a much smaller John Prats (joke lang, hehe). Well, Shaina Magdayao ’s loss may be Sarah Geronimo ’s gain. When interviewed in The Buzz, Sarah Geronimo exuded a certain glow when she was asked about Rayver Cruz. BTW, that Rayver Cruz shirtless photo was what shown to Sarah Geronimo.

Xian Lim is our hunk of the week in Philippine Showbiz. Xian Lim is a member of the latest batch of Star Magic talents and will appear in his first showbiz stint via Kimerald’s Your Song Presents: My Only Hope. He is an addition to the mainly My Girl cast of Your Song Presents: My Only Hope along with another cutie, Carlo Guevarra.
