Movie Columnist Pete Ampoloquio strikes again with a “not so blind item” about some popular Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2 scholars. He was obviously referring to PDA2 scholar Van Pojas as the “Patatas Boy” (lol). And the other two are very obvious too. The only question is, is it really true? Do you actually see Van Pojas wiggle his “patatas” when he dances? lol..And not only that, he also made mention of two more scandalous incidents which i think was not in the so-called PDA house but the previous PBB edition houses.

Sa totoo, he’s being repeatedly called as the Patatas Boy by most of the faggs at the network their show is being aired on a daily basis. Hahaha!

Pa’no raw, kapag dancing-dancing na ang grupo, stand-out ang kanyang bulging cr*tch na ang arrive sa mga vaklush sa nasabing network ay may patatas na nakasalpak sa kanyang harapan na nagwi-wigle-wigle sa tuwing magsasayaw siya ever.

I’m sure na mapapasama rin sa “archives” ng mga vaklita na ‘yan ang bathing sceneng ombre na ‘to na may-I-sabon siyempre ang kanyang alagang patatas in all his sensual glory. Hahaha!

No wonder he’s the object of two vaklungs nocturnal emissions in that academy.

The other, a not-so-good-looking vaklush who is palpably salivating over his humongous patatas.

Ryan Agoncillo video as the chosen one to be the Pinoy Fear Factor host. Actually, Ryan Agoncillo is back to looking cute too, after long sporting a long hair do. Ryan Agoncillo bested several actors in the ABS-CBN stable to be host of the much awaited Survivor Philippines rival, Pinoy Fear Factor, a Philippine franchise of the hit American show, Fear Factor. Pinoy Fear Factor is going to be shot for more than a month in an undisclosed location in South America.

Paolo Bediones, host of Survivor Philippines announced in Davao City that the cash prize for Survivor Philippines is three-million pesos, tax free—the biggest cash prize ever offered for a local reality show. And that’s not all, Survivor Philippines is to shoot in a foreign country with the 16 castaways plus 80 production staff, including Paolo, during 39 days of taping. As per the strict regulation of Castaway Productions—franchise owner of Survivor (USA, Worldwide), Survivor Philippines will not be held in the Philippines. Pinoy lang ang magiging castaways ngunit hindi sa Pilipinas ang remote island na gagamitin. Wala raw kasing Survivor franchise na ginagawa sa sariling bansa. They will also use 10 cameras to record every movement of the 16 castaways.

Survivor Philippines production people stressed that it is not an ‘artista’ search. In order to join, a castaway wannabe need not sing, act or dance to be qualified. Castaway hopefuls who fall on the right age bracket requirement (18 - 60 years old), must be physically fit and mentally capable to live 39 days in a remote island are what is just needed.

The Davao leg of the audition kicked off last May 1 and 2, and it was a hit. Ironically, many of them might not have seen a single episode of this famous reality game show, they were just there for the prize pot or the chance to be discovered and be an “artista.”

The scheduled dates of the next Survivor Philippines are:

* CEBU (SM Cebu) - May 5 and 6
* ILOILO (SM Iloilo) - May 8 and 9
* BAGUIO (SM Baguio) - May 17 and 18
* MANILA (SM North Edsa) - May 21 and 22
* MANILA (SM Manila) - May 23

Asia’s most amazing adventure and reality show, The Amazing Race Asia, is set to race again and not just around Asia but around the world. Auditions for The Amazing Race Asia 3 is now open and will close on February 25, 2008.

The requirements to join The Amazing Race Asia are:

The Amazing Race Asia is currently airing The Amazing Race Asia 2, and is now just down to four teams. The Philippines team,  Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez are strong contenders for the grand prize. The other Philippine team, Henry and Terri were eliminated in Europe.

The Amazing Race Asia, the Asian version of the Emmy Award-winning The Amazing Race, has a prize of  US$100,000 for the first team to arrive on the Final leg of the race.

On December 25, Christmas day, Sunshine Cruz together with her 3 kids with Cesar Montano left their conjugal home and they proceeded to her mother Alma’s house in Parañaque.

Reportedly the reason Sunshine Cruz left their conjugal house is because of a third party, Brazilian model Marianna del Rio, who is the girl famous for the Samba corned beef commercial.

Apparently, model Marianna del Rio was lead to believe by Cesar Montano that Sunshine and he was separated since September. Cesar Montano reportedly brought Marianna del Rio to Cesar’s hometown of Bohol and pointed out to her that he and Sunshine are already separated, proof is that no pictures of Sunshine are displayed in the house. Marianna was also brought to Cesar and Sunshine’s rest house in Bulacan and Cesar once again pointed out that they are separated since no photos of Sunshine can be found at the rest house.

Sunshine had an inkling of an extra-marital affair when text messages coming from a certain “Samba” with a message along the line of “Honey wer r u?” she had stumbled upon on Cesar’s mobile phone.

The last straw happened when she saw photos of Marianna and Cesar in a party held for ABS-CBN’s recently concluded reality show, Mano Mano, which Cesar hosts. In the photos, Marianna and Cesar are unmistakably a couple and when Sunshine confronted the staff of the show, they admitted to know Marianna who they said Cesar always brings with him. In one of the photos, a close friend of Cesar was in the photo. Sunshine confronted the friend who admitted to the affair.

Then Sunshine confronted the woman herself, Marianna del Rio, and Marianna retaliated by cursing Sunshine instead and telling her that she was not a mistress since Sunshine and Cesar had been separated since September.

Much to the shock of Sunshine (life is like the movies, ironically), she had no clue that Cesar can do that, so she confronted her husband and she got another shock of her life when Cesar shot back at her with the line, “Magpasalamat ka at pinakasalan pa kita kahit dati kang PORN STAR!”, to which he said several times to her face. And threatened her that if she makes public her affair with Marianna, Cesar would also reveal everything about Sunshine and Jay Manalo. Jay Manalo and Sunshine were involved in the Dukot Queen scandal, wherein they have an erotic scene that got into vcd’s and the net, although the movie itself was not finished/shown.

Sunshine vehemently denied any of those talk and told friends, “Inaamin kong nag-bold star ako. Pagkakamali ko iyon. Di ako nakinig sa mga magulang ko. Pero alam ni Buboy [tawag niya kay Cesar] na virgin ako nang nakuha niya ako. Ano ba naman yung mag-sorry siya? I’ll forgive him. I love him, e. Hanggang ngayon, I love him. Pero binaligtad pa ako. All I want is a little respect.”

Sunshine and Cesar were married September 14, 2000, they renewed their marital vow in March 2005 in Phuket, Thailand. Sunshine’s manager Alfie Lorenzo will talk about the matter in Startalk today in an exclusive interview.
