James Yap and
Kris Aquino left Manila on August 2 for a 16-day U.S. vacation and a second honeymoon at the same time to make up for their recent short-lived separation. The power couple’s US itenerary will be New York City and Las Vegas. Kris Aquino and James Yap will watch Little Mermaid, Legally Blonde, and Wicked on Broadway while in New York City. They also secured tickets to watch Love and La Reve in Las Vegas, Nevada.
While they are away, James’s mom will come to Manila from Escalante to take care of Joshua and Baby James. Kris Aquino and James Yap will return to the Philippines in time for the 25th deth anniversary of Kris’s father, former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino on August 21.

Dyesebel taking a slight edge over May 2008’s no. 1,

Special event presentations, the Pacquiao vs. Diaz fight got a whopping 46% audience share topping the weekend daytime ratings race while Paalam Daboy 1952-2008 (the GMA 7 Coverage), topped the weekday daytime programs. Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus: The Big Night also got a very large ratings/audience share that even its offshoot, Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus: The Big Reunion placed no. 2 in the top weekend primetime programs.
