There are again lots of talk going around about Kristine Hermosa and her attitude problem and Dolly Ann Carvajal in her column pointed out the reasons why there are such talk. Oh well, i reported such too when i wrote about Kristine Hermosa being an Attitude Queen and also when Kristine Hermosa made some problems in a commercial, Kristine Hermosa and Marian Rivera nag-attitude sa Maxi-Peel shoot, so that in the next Maxi-Peel commercial, it only featured Marian Rivera. ABS-CBN announced that there will be Book Three of Prinsesa ng Banyera and then all of a sudden it was announced that the series is ending soon.

Here’s what Dolly Ann wrote:

Looks like there’s more drama off-cam in the teleserye “Prinse sa ng Banyera.” In a previous column I wrote that the lead star Kristine Hermosa and director Andoy Ranay are at odds with each other because of the actress’ attitude problem.

After that item came out, Kristine apologized to Direk and for a while it seemed like all was well between them. Until Kristine started acting up again.

Depressed

My insider source reveals, “Direk Andoy begged off na from the last taping day. The show ends May 23. Di na niya ma-take ang pag-iinarte ni Tin. Pinaubaya na niya sa 2nd unit director niyang si Rechie del Carmen.

“Tin refused to do the burial scene ’cause depressed daw siya at ayaw na niya umiyak, so that scene was scrapped. At yung bridal gown na matagal nang pinapasukat sa kaniya, dun lang niya sinukat so ang tagal naghintay ng lahat para lang ma-alter ang gown for the taping.”

Kristine’s camp comes to her defense: “That’s unfair. Tin Tin is working so hard.”

But isn’t damage control futile when an artist is already out of control?

But in defense of Kristine Hermosa, several Prinsesa ng Banyera insiders are saying that the reason why Kristine and Andoy Ranay fought in the set is because Andoy Ranay wanted Diether Ocampo on Prinsesa ng Banyera and Kristine does not like it at all. Also writer Dinno Erece wrote this about the feud:

Pasalamat si Direk Andoy Ranay at hindi gumanti ang Star Magic sa kanya.

May katotohanan daw ang ilang balitang naisulat sa mga nangyari sa Prinsesa ng Banyera.

Nagalit si Mr. M of Star Magic kay Direk Andoy dahil sa paglaglag nito sa bidang aktes na si Kristine Hermosa. Kung masusunod nga si Mr. M, walang Star Magic artist ang makaka-trabaho pa ni Direk Andoy, pero hindi ito ginawa ng artist department ng ABS-CBN.

Ang papalit sa Banyera na Wild Orchid, another Star Magic star ang magbibida, si Roxanne Guinoo at alam din ni Mr. M na si Direk Andoy pa rin ang direktor nito. Take note, gusto sana niyang papalitan ang direktor, pero si Tin na ang nagsabi na huwag nang pakialaman ang set-up dahil baka madamay pa si Roxanne sa issue.

Kahit sumama ang loob ni Kristine Hermosa kay Direk Andoy, hindi siya gumanti.

Hindi lang akalain ni Tin na ganoon lang kadali na ilaglag siya ng direcktor.

Ira Eigenmann became the toast of the Philippine blogosphere when her alleged racy pictures leaked onto the net. The Ira Eigenmann leak was made by her disgruntled former boyfriend. It even made her more mark than her role in the afternoon soap, in Prinsesa ng Banyera. In an interview this week, her brother actor Gabby Eigenmann ( he and Ira are children of Mark Gil and Irene Celebre) talked about the Ira Eigenmann incident but did not deny the issue. Gabby only talked that her family is there to protect her, “As much as possible, ayoko nang magsalita pa tungkol sa isyung ‘yan. I have to protect my sister, kaso nga, nariyan na ‘yan. Ang sa akin lang, ayoko nang palakihin pa. With what has happened, we’re all just

here to support her. Hindi naman din tama na ilaglag siya dahil doon.”

“The family is behind her, and we just don’t want to make a big deal out of it. But, it’s not true that my parents are disowning her dahil doon. Kaya nga it entails a lot of responsibilities. Naririto agad kami sa showbiz dahil sa pangalan ng parents and elders namin, so, it’s just proper na protektahan namin yun by staying away from troubles at kung anu-anong controversies. ‘Pag may pagkakamali at pagkukulang ang isa, hindi dapat kinukunsinti. Kaya lang, may mga bagay na kami-kami na lang ang dapat
nagkakausap at nakakaintindi, para hindi naman malagay sa alanganin ang
buong clan namin.”
