Choosing domain name is not an easy task actually. Believe it or not, people think it is easy as like getitfromboy.net but it is not. Although most of the time, we choose our own name or surname as domain name, but most of those time too, the domain name with our name or our surname especially if it is a common one is taken already or if it is for sale, it is selling at a prohibitive cost like this blog, i was keen on getting the .com domain name but it is already owned by some spammy site with no content at all.

So if you are starting a blog, i suggest you start with free hosts like wordpress.com or blogger then after a couple of months when you already know the ropes of blogging and the not so pretty job of fiddling with codes, you now get your own domain name.

And choosing your own domain name as i have said is no easy task. I suggest you try out with few words only domain name. If it is not still available, expand with some words, but please make sure it is on topic with your site content. A no-no is to use hyphens and special characters, it is not SEO friendly and will keep your blog in the backburner of Google.

After choosing your domain name, another problem that will crop up at this point is where to purchase your domain name. You may be thinking ‘there are so many companies from which I can buy a domain’. Well that choice certainly is not easy. It is the most important part of your future blogging career so be very very careful on this one. Choose a company that is reliable. Buy Domain Name that is cheap and affordable from domain express. Offering all major extensions along with free url forwarding, email forwarding.

When Willie Revillame attended the Star Magic Ball held at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel in Mandaluyong last June 29, he came with a date, a very much younger girl, who turned out to be a 19-year-old student of Centro Escolar University. The alleged Willie Revillame New Girlfriend is someone named Nadine Ignacio, a 19-year-old, 2nd-year college Tourism major at Centro Escolar University, Malolos Campus. Nadine has a resemblance with Wowowee axed co-host, former Miss International Precious Lara Quigaman and or Angelu De Leon. Nadine Ignacio hails from Obando, Bulacan and a former finalist in Wowowee’s Miss Slimmers-Bikini Open.

Willie Revillame clarified though that he just met Nadine and wanted to introduce her to Star Magic honcho Mr. Johnny Manahan at the ball. He also added that there’s nothing going on between them and that she was just a friendly date. There have even been reports that Willie met Nadine when she was in the audience during an episode of Wowowee, Willie’s hit noontime show.

Note: The title should have been Willie’s New Girl or Willie Revillame’s new girlfriend but most of the time grammar is compromised because Google will not read or display funny words with ’s or anything with apostrophe.

Dear readers, apologies for the downtime in the single posts pages. Turned out no one could access any single posts from anywhere. It was due to experimentation with this blog’s theme/template and how to protect its contents primarily. I am experimenting on how to protect the content because so many blogs in the blogosphere are ripping off images and articles from this blog, with no credits at all. Even some very popular Filipino(pinay) blog has ripped off my images about Farina/Gerald, among others, and worst, they have emblazoned it with their URL/blog name, the nerve. I have published that in 2006, imagine, while their blog started only late last year. And it claims to be no.1..i don’t think so. Maybe because of so many traffic tricks. I believe its only PEP and Starmometer who can beat this site.lol..Some people kasi don’t wait for a site to fully load because of the images, and my traffic counter/topblogs code is at the very last to load.

For the record, i get an average 2k a day unique visitors to as much as 11k in a single day, and i must say a very good quality in traffic, even when visits are minimal because 90% came from Search Engines..Early this month, one of my stories were even featured in Yahoo Buzz, and landed at no.1…

Because of so many thieves/blogs posting sometimes WORD FOR WORD like Joemer and Asian News, it is hurting the traffic and worst Google even indexes the scrapers first.. So i hope you help me by reporting blogs/forums who also copy from me without credits. For the record, in my footer, i have a COPYRIGHT notice..and it’s not only a decoration..I will act accordingly. I see that some of my RSS subscribers do not subscribe for the simple reason that they just want to read it at their convenience. Some of them post ALL the entries here in Showbiz Intriga? Get It From Boy! in their own blogs and pass it as their own. These content theft sites are: joemer.blogetery.com, list will be updated soon.. sana naman gumawa na lang kayo ng sarili nyong istorya o kaya naman mag link back man lang kayo. I have an ample warning from Copyscape on my sidebar about content theft policy.

Nakakatamad tuloy mag blog, nanakawin din naman pala. Plagiarism is the best form of flattery but it also hurts my Google ranking, Google punishes duplicate content actually all, even Yahoo Search). Pag walang Google ranking in search placement, it spells the end of a blog. Imagine sa Google Search, you will place at Page 100! Yung kumopya lang sayo nasa No.3 page 1..it’s unfair..

In a more brighter note, if you are daring enough, i have added Seesmic. It means Video commenting. You can now comment without registering with seesmic, the process is almost precisely the same process to post a comment. You must have a Webcam to post a video comment. Just follow the instructions.
