Wu Chun in Manila

Wu Chun or Wu Zun, of Hana Kimi Taiwan is rumored to be coming to the Philippines soon. Wu Zun, is a Brunei-born actor, singer, model, and gym instructor. He is the only non-Taiwanese member of the boy band Fahrenheit, and is known for his roles in the Taiwanese TV shows Romantic Princess (公主小妹), Romantic Princess will premiere in ABS-CBN on June 2, at 4:45PM, and shown on weekdays after that; Hanazakarino Kimitachihe (花樣少年少女), and Tokyo Juliet (東方茱麗葉). Reportedly, ABS-CBN is bringing him over to Manila for a promotional tour. In fact, Wu Chun or Wu Zun is enamored by the Philippines too, he was recently spotted in Taiwan wearing a t-shirt with the word/flag (note: reports are still sketchy at the moment, but he did wear a Philippine-related t-shirt)) of the Philippines in it. He also posted a picture of him with that Philippines shirt in his official website.

Wu Chun (or Wu Zun, heeh,lol) will be seen next in 篮球火 / Hot Shot, the highly anticipated tv show in Taiwan and the rest of Asia. Hot Shot will be shown in Taiwan in the CTV / GTV Network on July 2008 and reportedly late this year on ABS-CBN in the Philippines. It stars Wu Chun, Jerry Yan (of F4 or JVKV) and Allan Luo.

Ken Chu Nanghada sa Pinas

Pete Ampoloquio Jr. in his column has named almost all the members of F4 as gay! And he particularly picked on Ken Chu as gay because he had information that he hanged out most of the time with the staff and crew of the movie they made in the northernmost Philippines called Batanes.

According to Pete, it appears daw that Ken Chu has a very down-to-earth personality, but in reality, the Asian actor feels very much at ease and comfortable with the crew because they are a bunch of good-looking young men that he’d like to fellate or go to bed with.

So much so that he was not feeling the kissing scene he had with leading lady Iza Calzado. Dead as a doornail daw ang emote ng chinky-eyed actor at ang Pinay actress pa talaga ang nag-effort.

About Jerry Yan, Pete has this to say, ” di lang ang singer-actor (Ken Chu) na ito ang pinaghihinalaang vaklush. ‘Yung pinakasikat sa kanila na pantasya ng mga babae’t bading ay super maldita rin daw pala in person at di makasundo noong girlalung ka-loveteam niya dahil sweet lang ito sa girls on cam.” And the other 2 guys are lovers daw, that’s according to Pete…oh well…

On April 29, 2007, the group’s name has been changed from F4 to “JVKV” using the first initials of each of the group’s members—Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, Ken Chu (or Ken Zhu), and Vic Zhou.
