The Cheetah Girls Adrienne Bailon was caught in a scandal of her own making apparently, as it was revealed yesterday that her publicist staged it all by saying that an Adrienne Bailon nude photos were stolen from her laptop. Reportedly, several semi-nude photos of Adrienne Bailon, she had taken as an anniversary present for boyfriend Robert Kardashian went missing from her laptop. This was what her publicist said back then: “The photos that have surfaced of Adrienne Bailon were stolen from her laptop over a week ago at an airport in NY and sent to several media outlets. These photos were taken in private. Adrienne will be pursuing legal action against the person or person’s sending these private photos out. Adrienne is deeply sorry for any pain this may have caused to her fans.”

This was the story concocted by Adrienne Bailon’s publicist: It all started when allegedly Adrienne Bailon noticed her laptop was missing from her bell cart at the JFK Airport. She filed a report and later that day her record label received an anonymous phone call from a man saying he had her laptop and would return it for $1000.

A meeting was set up at JFK with the anonymous man, where he was given the money, and in turn gave up Adrienne Bailon’s missing laptop, except one minor thing was missing, Adrienne Bailon’s sexy photos purely for her boyfriend.

Now, her publicist is backtracking and said it was all a publicity stunt to juice things up for the Disney star. Wow, I didn’t know this is the way Disney now juice things up, nude photo scandals! wtf!

Miley Cyrus Sweet 16, yeah, Miley Cyrus just turned 16, no not actually on until Nov. 23, but she celebrated it anyway Sunday in a big bash at Disneyland. Guests of the “Miley Cyrus Sweet 16″ party included actress Jennifer Love Hewitt, actor Steve Carell, super model Cindy Crawford and “Dancing with the Stars” performers such as Cristi�n De La Fuente. The party came to life for fans in a big way as the world’s most popular teenager rocked the Rivers of America ride, singing four of her popular songs, including “See You Again” and “7 Things.”

Fireworks, a beautiful cake and more than 5,000 party guests sang “Happy Birthday” to Miley Cyrus in the event called “Miley’s Sweet 16 - Share the Celebration.” The Disneyland final bash was held in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle, featuring Miley, her father Billy Ray Cyrus, her rumored boyfriend Justin Gaston and Hannah Montana co-stars Cody Linley and Emily Osment, among others. Everyone posed for a commemorative photo and sang “Happy Birthday” and Miley thanked them for celebrating with her. Just as she blew out the candles, the sky lit up with a glitzy fireworks display set to the Hannah Montana smash hit, “Best of Both Worlds.”

Justin Gaston is our Hollywood hunk of the week. The hot and hunkie Justin Gaston came to the Hollywood spotlight last week when he was spotted side by side with Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus attending a church service and then having lunch in Pasadena, CA. Justin Gaston is a part-time underwear model for Hugo Boss and is also an actor. Justin Gaston recently appeared as a love interest of another tween star Taylor Swift in her latest music video, “Love Story.”

TrainReq, the hacker who has been leaking racy photos of Miley Cyrus has vowed not to release any more photos of Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus. *sad* news. LOL. TrainReq, who’s real name is Josh Holly, has posted photographs of a then-15-year-old Miley Cyrus, in various scandalous poses on a community board.

Trainreq claims to have hacked into Miley Cyrus email account and on emails she was sending to then-boyfriend, Nick Jonas of The Jonas Brothers. Trainreq even claimed that Miley Cyrus had some fully-nude photos and threatened to release them in the future. But in the latest Trainreq news, he promise not to release any more Miley Cyrus racy pics.

Trainreq posted in his blog, the promise:

I would like to start off first by simply saying, no more pictures of Miley Cyrus will be leaked. I would appreciate it if people would stop begging. It would not only be redundant, but it would also be very “assholey” of me to leak a new set up pictures every week.

But Trainreq is not promising any other celebs out there :

Whenever I get time, I’ll pull off another celeb hack pretty soon, I am taking a break and laying low for now.

The Miley Cyrus phone scandal photos are suppose to be intended for Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers when it was intercepted. If true, it is not novel for Disney teen stars. Vanessa Anne Hudgens first made a splash last year when she sent her more scandalous photos to boyfriend Zac Efron. In the new Miley Cyrus released photos, Miley is shown blowing a kiss to the camera while wearing white underwear and a blue t-shirt; another in two piece checkered bikini, and a third photo in some white lacy and frilly, almost band-like undies..
