“Yes, I am, and I don’t know why!” Carlo chuckled. “Nakakaisang girlfriend pa lang ako. Hanggang doon lang. Two years ago kasi, I was so fat. Nawalan din ako ng time sa lovelife. Nahilig ako sa basketball. From 230 pounds, I now weigh around 160.
“Nagmumodelo kasi ang kapatid ko. He was the one very interested in joining Be Bench. I was just inspired by my brother, and at the same time, yung willingness ko na lang to look and feel much better kaya nag-decide akong mag-gym at magpapayat,” Carlo elaborated.
“I was skinny during the competition, and I didn’t know, baka yun ang gustong look ng judges. Pero ngayon kasi, sa tingin ko, I’m much better. I feel much better, too. I feel sexy, but in a scale of 1 to 10, siguro 8 lang ako. Mahirap maging perfectly sexy, na I think I’m not.”

Be Bench Model Search Winners
Carlo Adrian Guevara of Pasay (studied in PCU) and Regine Angeles of Quezon City bested 4 other hopefuls in the Grand Finals of Be Bench the Model Search held at the Araneta Coliseum last night.
Carlo Guevarra although almost always at the brink of elimination, always gets the people’s nod thru avid texters choosing him as their Be Bench Model winner.
The grandfinals tv broadcast is still on the regular Be Bench timeslot, so that it will air on Sunday at 10:30 pm. Show is hosted by Kris Aquino and Piolo Pascual.
