Sexy Congressman and former actor Dan Fernandez, or should i say, sexy former congressman Dan Fernandez? Dan Fernandez is the elected congressman of the 1st District of Laguna winning by a wide margin over his rival, a scion of a political family in Laguna, in the last elections. The reason why i am asking is that Rep. Dan Fernandez was unseated last month as congressman by the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET) due to lack of residency in the 1st District of Laguna.

Rep. Dan Fernandez said that the HRET ruling has no basis since he was residing in Villa Toledo, Barangay Balibago, Santa Rosa, Laguna for two and half years. He said he would fight his case by filing a motion for reconsideration.
Dan Fernandez was a former board member and vice governor of Laguna under the province’s second district but later on ran for Congress in the first district. He is married to former actress Sheila Ysrael.

Rep. Dan Fernandez is a duly elected representative of the 1st District of Laguna so he has the right to stay in the Philippine Hall of Congress and represent the people of Laguna. This plot of the Right wing is a clear manifestation that he is being politicized, Dan being a member of the powerful and pro-mass Oppositon. We must honor and respect the voice of his contituents. Please pray for all those detractors of Dan, I believe that they just dont know what they're doing or maybe they just dont like Dan because he stands awesome.
