Miss Philippines-Earth Sandra Seifert won as Best in Swimsuit in the Miss Earth 2009 Pageant. I guess Bb. Pilipinas‘ loss is Miss Earth’s gain. After being disqualified in the Bb. Pilipinas Pageant for posing in a men’s magazine, Sandra Seifert then joined Miss Earth Philippine, handily winning the crown. Sandra Seifert was chosen as Miss Earth 2009’s Best in Swimsuit, during the Swimwear Finals held November 14 at the Fontana Leisure Park and Casino in Pampanga.
