Sus Guinoo! Roxanne Guinoo has been dismissed from her sexy comedy gag show Banana Split. Roxanne Guinoo is to be replaced by Parekoy Boys Zanjoe Marudo, Jayson Gainza, and John Prats starting this April when Banana Split premieres its Third Season. The other original cast of Banana Split composed of Angelica Panganiban, Cristine Reyes, RR Enriquez, and Valerie Concepcion will be retained. Another supporting cast member of Banana Split Dianne Medina also gets the boot from the show.
The reason Roxanne Guinoo has been removed from the show is that the producers think that Roxanne is not suited for a comedic role, her forte being drama. The question now is why just now, after two seasons of Banana Split? Roxanne Guinoo is reportedly not happy at this turn of events and has snobbed the last episode taping of the Second Season of Banana Split.
christine reyes is not funny either! There is a bigger reason behind that. Being axed for not being funny is just too shallow.
