Richard Gutierrez has been impleaded in a criminal complaint of “Reckless Imprudence resulting to Homicide” by Lorayne Pardo, wife of his deceased Personal Assistant who died after they figured in a vehicular accident in Silang, Cavite on May 22, 2009. Richard Gutierrez, 25 years old, was hurt while his bodyguard Nomar Pardo died when their Nissan Skyline GTR sports car slammed into an electric post while traversing the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road. Richard Gutierrez drove the car. In May, Ruffa Gutierrez denied the talk that Richard Gutierrez was drunk when he drove the car, saying that Richard Gutierrez was just really very tired from a shooting and that he avoided something on the road that’s why they met the accident.
Lorayne Pardo filed a criminal complaint against Richard Gutierrez in the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Imus, Cavite. Lorayne Pardo presented a ticket violation by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) wherein Richard Gutierrez has been implored with “Reckless Driving.” She also said that at the scene of the accident, a GMA van carried Richard Gutierrez to a hospital and it took another 30 minutes before rescuers were able to find the body of Nomar Pardo. Meanwhile, Richard Gutierrez’ mother, Annabelle Rama, after hearing this news called Lorayne Pardo “traydor” (traitor) and said that her family will face her anytime in court.
Since a life was lost here, somebody have to be liable, responsible and must stand for a court trial, and someone must be punished, whether prison or civil damages or both.
I’ll say, if the prosecution proved that there was a reckless driving on the resulting to homicide, Richard Gutierrez must be sent to jail and pay compensation for the deceased family.
Let us not free those people w/ money & popularity. Justice must be for all !!!!.
I’ve heard right after Richard Gutierrez got out of the hospital, he received 2 or 3 moving violations for reckless driving, in a span of 2 months.
If this was true, he (Richard) was a really a menace in our society, and people like him must not be driving.. His driver licence must be consficated after receiving those 2 or 3 tickets, right after killing his employee on a vehecular tragedy.
He shouldn’t be allowed to drive. He should be incarcerated for a long period of time in prison, and must pay compensation of cash to the family of the deceased.
That’s only fair right ??? Richard did the crime, so he should do the time !!!!!
