Filipina-American Ramiele Malubay sang a heartfelt rendition of In My Life by the Beatles in American Idol 7 as a top 12 Finalist. And as i have said in youtube, i think it’s her best after You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me, it’s not over the top, she just felt the song. I was crying while watching this as i really felt the song, i just lost my Dad and i was really touched by her performance.

The time of shouting and divaesque singing is OVER!Even Mariah has moved on with Touch My Body, you just have to really showcase your voice in a way that will not entail shouting and vocal calesthenics. Like Carly Smithson does. or Regine Velasquez!
