Prettiest Philippine celebs without makeup..but not really bare, these local celebs either have powder, lipstick, lipgloss, mascara (!) etc..what they mean by no makeup is because in Philippine showbiz you need to have tons of makeup esp. the espasol cake foundation..

According to that report, the prettiest Philippine celebrities without makeup are: Rhian Ramos, Valerie Concepcion, Cristine Reyes, Ehra Madrigal, Jewel Mische, Joyce Jimenez and Lucy Torres.
