They said the person who starts the rumour is the actual person who really is being applied in the topic. It is only a way of projecting to other person what the person's character is. This is a way of projection by the person himself that he does not see in himself. He blames or projects it to the other person instead of to himself.The person is in denial that is starting the rumour.
