Pia Guanio got married to Steve Mago last October 1, 2011 in a Christian wedding rites and civil wedding ceremony at Steve Mago’s parents backyard in the posh Ayala Alabang Village in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Pia Guanio confirmed her weddingin a phone patch interview aired live on “Showbiz Central” (videos below) where she is one of the co-hosts.
Pia Guanio said it was a small, private wedding, comprised of less than 50 guests gathered inside a tent in the garden of the home of her husband’s parents in Ayala Alabang, held at the height of Typhoon “Quiel,” she said the weather started to clear once the guests arrived. The Pia Guanio and Steve Mago wedding was officiated by Pastor Paolo Punzalan of the Victory Church Ministries Fort Bonifacio. Her wedding gown, whom John Lapus mistook for a “pang-abay” dress, was designed by Jerome Salaya. Pia Guanio plans to make it up to her friends in showbiz by having another wedding, a bigger and I guess a pomp wedding, but rather oddly, she said the wedding will be in Europe. Let’s see how many people will be able to attend such! LOL.
