These photos of Pauleen Luna with a deep cleavage, in which she seems to emphasize even more with her get-up, looks like unnatural. Or is she just what you call in the vernacular, a “malaking bulas?”

it’s so hard to tell with these pictures. i’m a big observer of celebrity plastic surgery, and these pics aren’t sufficient to back up the claim. i think her breasts look big because her bra and top accentuates the cleavage, i think what you need is a comparison of a before photo and a shot of her in a tube, if the cleavage goes well above her upper nipple (check out posh beck’s boob job) then it’s a a definite yes.
It’s just her bra.
Can she afford to have her boobs done? If she is, well, it’s her money and her body. Let her be.
