Some interesting observations by Pete Ampoloquio, Jr. in his column about the horror soap, < !– google_ad_section_start –> Patayin Sa Sindak Si Barbara.

He thinks that the show is far from scary but has turned into comedy. LOL! I think the creators/production of the show could take some cue.

Horror soap ni Kris comedy ang dating

Ha! Ha! Ha! Sa totoo lang, far from getting scared, we really would
have a good laugh every time we would have the time to watch Kris “Tetay” Aquino’s latest thriller from ABS-CBN.

Kamakailan lang, as a matter of fact, sumakit talaga ang tiyan namin sa kakatawa sa eksenang may scene kuning sina Maja Salvador, Joem Basco at JR Siaboc para makausap nila supposedly ang kaluluwa ni Ruth that’s being essayed by Jodi Sta. Maria. Ha! Ha! Ha!

Kinabagan talaga kami sa katatawa habang face to face na sina Siaboc at ang hideously painted sa mukha ni Sta. Maria. Far from looking menacing, Jodi looks ridiculous in that lousy make-up that’s grotesquely painted on her face.

Isa pang nakakalowkah ang itzu ay ang corpulence ni Ms. Tabachingching herself, Krizzy baby. May girdle na nga’t lahat, di pa rin magawang magmukhang slim ni Tetayski at tuwing mag-i-emote siyang kuning-kuning ay scared tienes, her acting is so
Moro-moro inspired, she evokes laughter the natural way.

Sa totoo lang, kapag natatakot kuno siya, parang naiebak ang kanyang facial expression, one is bound to wonder how, in heaven’s name, did she ever win that best actress award for a horror flick she did some two or three years ago.

Sa totoo lang, binaboy nila ang original version nito na dinirek ni
Celso Ad Castillo featuring Ms. Susan Roces intense portrayal as Barbara compared to Tetay’s Sarswelaic acting.

Kahit nga `yung haunting delineation ni Ms. Rosanna Ortiz ng Ruth
character ay ginawa ring slapstick ni Jodi Sta. Maria.

Horror/thriller daw, o! Ha! Ha! Ha!

What can this judinger z say about La Vendetta naman? Na ang pinaka-story lang ata eh kill everyone and make them ghosts na nag-uusap sa heaven kuno na naka-kumot.

This Pete Ampoloquio is irritating. He has nothing good to say about anyone. He thinks he would make a mark in showbiz by criticizing everyone and everything. Pathetic
