Paolo Avelino reportedly was very rude during the Golden Screen TV Awards last Friday night held at the Teatrino in Greenhills. Paulo Avelino reportedly became irritated when he was asked to be one of the presentors that night. At first his handlers declined, presumably because it was done at the last minute and his handlers have no permission from Star Magic for Paolo to be a presentor. Eventually, he was prevailed upon to present an award but just upon the start of his presenting the award, he made a side comment that he was just prevailed upon to present an award. In short, sinabi nyang napilitan lang sya to present the award. Paolo said: “Mahirap magtrabaho kung napilitan ka lang.”
This earned the ire and made some to sneer at him and some even recalled a time when Paolo reportedly also made things difficult during a Cosmopolitan magazine event.
During the Golden Screen Awards, Paolo Avelino won Best Supporting Actor for Walang Hanggan.
