Is the lovely beauty Nancy Castiglione a thank you doctor beauty? This photo is purportedly Nancy Castiglione and an endorser of Block n White. But isn’t she of an Italian-Filipino heritage and is from Canada, making her somewhat a beautiful cocktail of races which more often than not produces pointed noses and defined facial features…The buzz is that Nancy Castiglione has undergone rhinoplasty or a nose job. And perfect evidence is this Block n White ad poster and the after photo, this was taken in the Uno Magazine shoot where she is suppose to be sporting a new nose..
