Ex-Miss Teen Delaware USA Melissa King resigned ( or was she dethroned? ) as the reigning Miss Teen Delaware USA 2013 after a video scandal allegedly involving her surfaced on the net. Melissa King, the 18-year-old beauty queen from Delaware ( where US Vice President Joe Biden is a former Senator ), denies it’s her in the video, notwithstanding that the girl in the video looks and sounds exactly like her and the girl in the video said that she turned 18 a couple months beforehand in March, which coincidentally is Melissa King’s birth month. The now controversial video scandal is a professionally done video from a pron website.

Despite her denial that it was she on the video, Melissa King resigned the title. Miss Teen Delaware USA 2013 1st Runner Up Hailey Lawler will replace Melissa King. Watch the two during their crowning moment in the Miss Teen Delaware USA pageant below:
