Mariel Rodriguez while inside the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity edition 2 house, remarked that Bea Alonzo lost weight because she had liposuction. Bea was asked in the presscon of her movie with John Lloyd Cruz, “One More Chance,” about this and she denied it. “No, hindi ako nagpa-lipo,” she said. “Talagang exercise and South Beach diet ang reason kung bakit ako pumayat. I don’t know where Mariel got the idea na nagpa-lipo ako.”

In one episode she was heard saying: “Kadiri ang showbiz.” This prompted many writers to censure her. Her manager, Boy Abunda, apologized for her tactlessness. “Kung minsan, her behavior, para siyang retarded,” says one writer.

She also keeps on denying who is that special guy she called up on the phone when she was allowed by Kuya to get in touch with someone as a reward for a mission that she accomplished. When it’s obvious it was Zanjoe Marudo.

I agree when u say that Mariel WAS likeable, that’s before she entered PBB. In PBB, her true colors were shown and i thought, ang plastik niya pala. She seems really sweet and real ly nice but then its only on cam..She’s a real flirt too, guys dont have to make ligaw coz its pretty obvious that she likes John or Zanjoe for example. Talk your age, dont talk na para kang bata kasi hindi cute! Nakakairita!

i agree, so unfair kay will & jon na naparusahan coz nagsalita sila ng straight english tapos si mariel at ang iba speaks english a lot of times…

taklesa at chismosa talaga si mariel, it shows in pbb… and what’s up with the baron-mariel-jon triangle?? nalimutan nya na ba na may zanjoe sya? sobrang flirt mu mariel!

i used to like mariel when she first started showbiz.. started disliking her when she started hosting wowowee. it seems like she doenst know what she’s doin sometimes. and i kno na minsan it’s just their job to mingle with less fortunate people.. pero not like other hosts, kahit trabaho lng yan nila, makikita mo na nilalagay nila ang puso nila sa trabaho nila.. minsan c mariel, akala nya na hindi nakatutok ang camera sa kanya.. iba yun reaksyon nya minsan tapos bigla mag smile pag na realize na nasa cam pala sha..

isa pa.. nde nmn sa nang aano ako kasi minsan pakonyo din ako.. pero sa loob ng big brother house? she speaks 90% english .. oo nga at may mga fil-english silang housemates pero lagi na lng.. puede bang mag tagalog ka.. nasa pilipinas ka.. si riza nagkakaundakaka (word ba to? hehe) na ngang magsalita.. itong c mariel, english ng english hehehe..
