Lady Gaga in Manila performing her no. 1 hit, “Just Dance.” And Lady Gaga is up to her antics when while performing the said song, Lady Gaga adjusted her panties and patted her peepee @ 0:55 minutes into the video. Lady Gaga is in the Philippines for a one night only concert at the Big Dome on August 11, 2009.
