La Lola is an Argentine hit romantic/fantasy/comedy tv series that has now become a worldwide phenomenom like Betty La Fea, and now it’s the Philippines turn to have one. La Lola is the story of a playboy business magnate who scorned the wrong woman and was turned into a woman for his mistakes. The Philippine La Lola is Rhian Ramos while her love interest is the hottie JC De Vera playing Facundo. La Lola premieres on GMA Monday, Oct. 13 after Dyesebel. Also starring in La Lola are Lovi Poe, Marky Cielo, Marvin Agustin, Angelika Dela Cruz, Paolo Contis, Keempee De Leon, Gladys Reyes, JayR, Sheena Halili, Yul Servo, Robert Villar, Ms. Jackie Lou Blanco, Ms. Eula Valdez, and Mr. Eddie Garcia, with the special participation of Iza Calzado, Isabel Granada, Jewel Mische and Wendell Ramos as “Lalo.” La Lola is directed by Dominic Zapata and Jun Lana. According to director Dominic Zapata, the cast of La Lola is the biggest high-caliber powerhouse cast he has handled so far.

    i do like rhean!!! she’s so ADORABLE (walang kokontra..bcoz is SO TRUE ;))

    bagay na bagay cla ni JC, diba (wala ring kokontra..bcoz is VERY TRUE)! heheheh

    i super like La LOLA, galing ng cast, especially c Kimpee! ;) more power! ;)

    basta i don’t like her…maybe because prang inde ntural ung kilos nya…pero i admit pretty tlg xa…un nga lng prang khit anung project ng gma n ibigay sknya di nmn gnun ktunog namesung nya…sna lng dito sa bgo nyang lalola mkilala n tlgang my talent xa…

    I’m not a fan of Rhian but I do find her pretty.

    It puzzles me why there are a lot of anti-Rhian sentiments in the net.

    She’s bashed for her lack of talent but if you’ll compare her with most young stars today, she’s basically at par. It’s not like the actors/actresses of today are oozing with talents.

    Some hate her because they think that Rhian having an aunt in the higher ups of GMA is unfair. Well, she has the connections, let’s give her that, but if that is really all she got (the connection), she won’t make it this far. At least credit her for her looks, hehehe.

    And finally, people are reacting violently because Rhian will be given a major role. Well, I really cannot agree with people who don’t see why it’s okay for a “nobody” to be given a break. Remember, Angel Locsin, Dennis Trillo and Richard Guittierez were “nobodies” before Mulawin. Marian was a nobody before Marimar. It’s nice to see GMA risking again and not just having the same actors/actresses to play the lead over and over again.

    And on the bright side, at least JC de Vera is also given a big break through La Lola, hehehe.

    if i’m going to watch it, only because of jc and if this soap doesn’t hit in metro, that means there is really an anomaly with the ratings. why? because any gma show will always hit, whatever it is, trust me.
