Karen Davila
Another juicy item coming out of the ABS-CBN compound is that TV Patrol World anchor Karen Davila is to be removed daw. Karen Davila is to be axed daw in all the ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs department programs she is hosting or is a part of because allegedly Karen Davila is a “spy” for GMA News and Current Affairs, the rival network and department of ABS-CBN. But isn’t it like years now that Karen Davila is with ABS-CBN? The rumors also pointed to an alleged angling by former TV Patrol anchor Korina Sanchez to again be the lone female anchor of the now called TV Patrol World.
Karen Davila used to work and anchor GMA News and Current Affairs department programs. She allegedly transferred to ABS-CBN to “reunite” with her husband, an employee of ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs. Oh well, TV News and Current Affairs departments are like the Showbiz world din! Full of innuendos and intrigues..
UPDATE: ABS-CBN just announced that Karen Davila will not be removed (yet, hehe) because her contract with ABS-CBN is until the end of 2008. And so Karen Davila will still anchor TV Patrol World and her Saturday morning show, Wonder Mom will even be increased from its current 30 minute running time to a full hour show. Meanwhile, Ms. Luchi Cruz-Valdez, the news production and current affairs head of ABS-CBN, has been placed under preventive suspension pending the outcome of an internal matter.

Dapat ang alisin sa TV Patrol si Noli De Castro. Kung hindi magawa ng management ng ABS CBN, sana wag nang magtanong si Noli De Castro sa mga field reporters. Imbes kasi na malinawan ang mga vievers mas lalong naguguluhan sa line of questioning ni Noli De Castro. He asking very subjective questions and full of non-sense. Atsaka wag na sanang sumali si Noli De Castro dun sa last segment ng program na magbibigay ng opinyon ang bawat news achor sa isang isyu. Nakakahiya mga opinyon ni Noli De Castro. Nangingilabot ako sa inis pag nagcocoment na si Noli De Castro tungkol sa isyu. Walang laman mga sinasabi nya, ang bababaw, non-sense. going nowhere. Dinadaan na lang ni Ted at Korina sa biro para lang matakpan mga kabobohan ni Noli De Castro. Sana mapansin ito ng ABS CBN management.
