Jericho Rosales, an avid surfing enthusiast, used his surfboard to rescue people during the height of the Metro Manila Flood in Marikina City. Jericho Rosales is a native of Marikina City but now lives in the neighboring plush village of La Vista in Quezon City. Jericho Rosales and his mother used to be vendors in Concepcion Market in Marikina, before his stardom. Jericho Rosales, reports said, was able to save a young boy, a grandma and a dog.
