Iza Calzado, GMA 7’s 2nd most prized possession after Marian Rivera, is reportedly to transfer to ABS-CBN because of a very good financial and career-wise offer. Iza Calzado is reportedly not happy with the way GMA 7 is handling her career and most importantly the money she is being paid for her services. Which services Iza Calzado is being made to do project after project. Reportedly, Iza’s father Lito Calzado is seriously considering the offer. Iza Calzado has a 2008 MMFF entry with Desperadas 2. It can be remembered that Iza Calzado appeared with Piolo Pascual in the Star Cinema movie, Milan.
If this Iza Calzado ABS-CBN transfer buzz is true, it could be just a ploy to a bigger and fatter paycheck for actors nowadays. This has become the scheme of actors, ABS-CBN and GMA stars alike to feel important. Regine Velasquez, Kyla and Jay-R were about to transfer to ABS-CBN until they got juicy offers from their home network. Diether Ocampo on the other hand also almost transferred to GMA 7 to star ironically with Iza Calzado in the Koreanovela remake of All About Eve, until Diether got a more juicy offer from ABS-CBN and Star Magic.
GMA’s talents are on a strict diet when it come to their fees. This will enable GMA to pay more for their favorites like Marian Rivera and Dingdong. . .These two are getting to be overexposed and soon, GMA may not be able to recoupe with the huge fees that they pay them. Their movies are no longer blockbusters. Nagsasawa na rin siguro ang manga fans. GMA should start developing other talents and spread the graces to all. ABS-CBN may have their own favorites also but they know how to please all their talents. Hindi nila pinapabayaan maski papaano.
Bat ganun, yung mga nakukuha ng ABS from GMA yung magagaling nilang artista. Pero yung GMA mga nabibingwit yung mga walang kwenta ng ABS haha. Ayun tuloy naiipon yung mga walang kwenta sa GMA.

1. Hindi totoo ito. Kung totoo man, siguro pagkatapos pa ng All About Eve.
2. Dapat matakot si Marian. Baka parang Angel din mangyari sa kanya.
3. Hindi naman lahat nang lumilipat sa GMA ay ampaw. Tingnan nyo na lang sina Eula Valdez at Jean Garcia. On the contrary ganun din sa kabila. Siyempre yung pipiratahin yung magagaling.

yun nga ata ang problema sa gma. projects after projects yun mga artista pero mababa lang sweldo nila compared sa taga dos na less yun projects pero mas malaki yun kita kahit itotal pa nila. andyan pa yun ieextend yun soap tapos wala man lang bonus.
di nga ampaw sina jean at eula pero ano naman ang ang role nila ngayon sa gma? they deserve better roles! tigilan na ang mga no-brainer shows ng telefantasya network!
true d cguro c iza lilipat sa abs, npaka swerte nya sa GMA daming dumarating na projects nya d lang sa mga shows pati pa sa mga endorsement so why she transfer bka irony don sa kbla, wawa naman.

iza is a good actress. maybe ABS could give her good roles where she can even prove her acting prowess. ABS does produce good shows and of high quality. Iza should have gradated from cheap roles in brainless fantaseryes of GMA.
sana wag na siya lumipat sayang idol pa naman kita.
Maybe it would banefit her more… Mariane Rivera is there and also heart…
GMA forgot her entirely… Si Mike Tan din lilipat… maybe it will benefit him more to… tignan niyo na lang si Megan Young ngayon…
Even though marami sila ng projects, feeling nila, they’ve plateau’d. Gusto nila (angel, Iza, if ever siya mag xfer) ibang challenges sa career nila, kasi naman, they’ve reached the top of what GMA had to offer. For some people it’s not all about the money, endorsements and stuff like that, all they want is to be challenged
pag sobrang sikat kana sa gma, hindi pa sure na sisikiat ka sa ABS…
pero kung laos ka sa ABS, sisikat ka sa GMA..

My Goodness naman…Guys… we all know na magiging malaking kawalan sa GMA si Iza calzado…I mean ganyan mga klaseng artista mahirap na makuha ngayon, especially dahil iba na ang generation ngayon, gustong-gusto talaga ng mga tao ngayon ang mga magaganda at gwapo na artista na HINDI NAMAN MARUNONG UMARTE…actually mas marami pang mga artista na pa cute lang sa ABS-CBN… sA GMA tingnan nyo.. Si kris bernal at aljhur magagaling na artista hindi sila pa cute.. Di katulad sa abs-cbn si GA at si kC..my gosh.. so dapat lang si IZA CALZADO MANATILI SA GMA PARA HINDI SIYA MAGIGING ISA SA MGA PACUTE CUTE LANG SA TELEBISYON AT PARA HINDI MAWALA ANG BREEDING NIYA!
