Is this Angelica Panganiban?

This girl looks very much like Angelica Panganiban. Although the girl in the pic looks too fat and party’s like a sl@t. That’s why i am doubting if this is really Angelica Panganiban.But i will not be surprised either if this is Angelica Panganiban. She already posed in Maxim in its first Philippine edition issue. She had had a boyfriend too with Carlo Aquino and now Derek Ramsay.
Angelica Panganiban made waves in a very scandalous “photoshop” incident and now this. In “this” Angelica is seen smoking and looksvery unflaterring, very contrary to a public image of a sweet and innocent girl.
Well, if she is, pity, at least she’s now slimmer though…
I think it’s her, pero her tattoo is fake.

that is not a tattoo nor henna… it’s like a signature of the person who uploaded the pic… i forgot on whose sig is that… pero nakita ko n yan…
