Maricar Reyes and Hayden Kho
The Hayden Kho video scandal saga is apparently not yet over. Just yesterday, a new video of Maricar Reyes and Hayden Kho doing it in a living room sofa has surfaced. This is third in who knows how many video they have. Incidentally, the video came out after the arrival of Vicki Belo into the country. Vicki Belo and Erik Chua has been charged by another Hayden Kho video scandal victim, Katrina Halili, of making public the supposedly private videos. What is surprising in the new Maricar Reyes – Hayden Kho Video is that in this video, Maricar Reyes seemed aware that they are being videotaped. This screencap photo is an evidence of it. So, with this, is a little less culpability for Hayden Kho was publicly crucified for videotaping his sexual trysts through a hidden camera. This time, the camera is definitely not hidden.

If you look at the video, and listen to it, you will observe that she doesn't know that the webcam is on. She is looking through websites, talking about laptops and computers. They are not posing in front of the webcam and making faces or acknowledging it. They are surfing the Net.
correct! she did know that the cam on that laptop was on. HAyden is too genuis…

Nope! Not all laptop camera has led on it. It may be possible that Kho just hid the window or something like that.
The girl didn't seem to be a novice when it comes to a computer, so I would assume that a small icon indicating the webcam would be obvious to her. a website obviously is open based from their conversation, but even though taskbar would be visible hence whatever application is open it is visibly noticeable. And hayden keep on fixing the laptop while they are doing the deed. Only a dumb person wouldn't know what it was all about.
Maricar's other earlier video suggested that she may have been aware of that as well, because there was a moment when she looked directly at the cam.
Just a fact. I'm not saying she's at fault. Because making love is natural, videotaping it may be ok if both parties agreed, only bummer there is when it started being distributed for all the world to see.
i read in one article in newspaper, that according to him, he thinks that maricar didn't know that there's a webcam, because she even asked if that laptop has a webcam hayden said it doesn't have..:)
i do believe that maricar reyes is not aware that the web cam is on. i see the video and i didn't see any sign or what else that she knows that camera is on but instead i see hayden do his thing adjusting the cam on the loptop where to get a good shot that i think maricar didn't know.
oo nga di tlaga alam ni maricar yan. ngawa ko na yan sa laptop ko e. gamit ka lang ng software na pwede mag record on background. la nun alam user ng laptop mo na navi-video na pla cya.

Uu nga eh kaya alam ni hayden kung lumalabo yung kuha nila, ina-adjust pa niya. Baka magalit sayo si maricar niyan, kasi parang lumalabas na inosente siya sa mga pinag-gagagawa ni hayden.

pare.. im working as an IT administrator here abroad,.. tama c WEBCAM, may software nga para dyan.. and walang kahit anong sign na umaandar ung cam mo and nasa notification area lang ung icon, di halata parang volume lang o LAN ba or anti virus un.. and i bet di alam ni maricar un..
walng ka sign2x na alam ni maricar na may cam.. un can hide d icon on the notification area.. and certain softwares hav the capability to hide the screen unlike normal webcams that opens a window when in use..
B7doxs, kulang ang ebidensiya mo! 20% lang and dating mo sakin. Okay lang sana kung nasa likuran mo silang 2. O kaya naman nakatago ka kung san man don sa room. Pwede kong sumang-ayon sayo!!! Sa video ka lang dumedepende eh. Alam mo na siguro ibig kong sabihin.
Not all computers have taskbars that show which programs are running/minimzed particularly MACS. And not all video programs have light indicators when they are turned on.
Also, look at her eyes, she's obviously reading the specs of the computer/s that they're looking at.
Normally if you know that a camera is on you, you'd sneak a glance every now and then and check how you look, right?
People should get their facts straight before adding their (useless, unfounded and ignorant) 2 cents to this issue.

she doesnt know na video pala cya ni hayden kasi they are talking about computers… diba first mong gagawin pag nakita mo sarili mo sa webcam tatawa ka and ull make sure na u look ok sa cam but she didnt even do that or she didnt even look at the webcam… kawawa naman siya

i think she doesnt know, if ur not a "gadget techie" u would'nt know.. just minimize the screen and voila : record a video.. and kung aware man sya ang laki nyang tanga!!!!
