Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies: assault and making criminal threats, by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. The trial has been postponed to April 6 at the request of Chris Brown’s lawyer to buy time to gather more evidence and possibly to cover-up an alleged “more brutal photo” yet to be leaked of Rihanna the night of the attack.

Chris Brown is represented by ace lawyer Mark Geragos while Rihanna is represented by her lawyer Donald Etra who indicated to the court that Rihanna is not requesting a ‘No Contact Order’ meaning Chris Brown could have been ordered by the court to not go nowhere near Rihanna or talk to her. Confirming the speculations that Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together. The judge meanwhile warned Chris Brown to “not to annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.” Also a clear indication that the judge is convinced of the presumed guilt of Chris Brown. Regardless of Rihanna’s cooperation, the L.A. County District Attorney’s office could still prosecute Chris Brown in behalf of the “People of the United States,” battery and assault being public crimes.

Chris Brown could face up to 4 years in prison for both felonies. Chris Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos did not enter a plea of guilty or not guilty. In which case, the accused is deemed to have entered a Not Guilty Plea.
