Victor Basa denies he is the man in the alleged Victor Basa video. In an interview with Tim Yap on The Philippine Star Supreme, Victor Basa said he had heard about it from a friend but didn’t even look at it. He further said it is not in his nature to do something like that.

Supreme: What if you were victimized without you knowing it? You know, what if your eyes were closed and someone maliciously took the video…?

Victor Basa: I take care of myself and I surround myself with really good people, so I don’t feel threatened or scared.

Victor Basa denies courting Roxanne Guinoo who was the former girlfriend of his fellow Coverboys member Jake Cuenca. Victor said maybe the rumors started when a reporter asked him if he finds Roxanne Guinoo sexy, to which he replied that of course she is sexy. He said he is not yet ready for a new relationship because he just broke up two weeks ago with his non-showbiz girlfriend.

So what’s the real score with you and Roxanne?

Friends…nagkaka-text kung minsan. Maybe because pareho kaming galing sa isang relationship, so nagkakakuwentuhan. Pero hanggang ganoon lang yun.

In the future, does he plan to court Roxanne Guinoo?

Alam n’yo, may period kasi ‘yan. It will take months siguro bago ka makapagsimulang muli if ever I’ll go into a relationship again. Bago pa lang yung nakaraan. So, sa ngayon, wala pa sa isip ko yung manligaw or magkaroon ng bagong girlfriend. Magko concentrate muna ako sa career.
