Baby James Aquino Yap first birthday, with proud parents Kris Aquino and James Yap and doting grandma, former President Corazon Aquino and celebrity moms and kids as guests such as Claudine Barretto, Lucy Torres-Gomez, Aiko Melendez, Dawn Zulueta, Sunshine Cruz, among others. Kris Aquino blurted out in The Buzz that Ruffa Gutierrez snobbed her invitation. Baby James older brother Josh Aquino Salvador picked the food served for the occasion.

Kris Aquino returns to The Buzz in place of Cristy Fermin this Sunday. Meanwhile, Cristy Fermin left for a prior commitment in Canada with Vhong Navarro, Vina Morales and Chocoleit. Cristy Fermin revealed her feelings on the Annabelle Rama interview in The Buzz on her column in Balita on April 17. She also wrote to the The Buzz supervising producer Roxy Liquigan that she will not be able to appear on The Buzz last Sunday because of what happened in the Annabelle Rama interview.

Kris Aquino used to host The Buzz but she left “temporarily” in favor of her pregnancy and eventual care of Baby James. She was replaced by Cristy Fermin. Ruffa Gutierrez, Annabelle Rama’s daughter and also the subject of Cristy Fermin’s libel conviction, was also made a co-host eventually.

Kris Aquino has finished recording her second album for Universal Records entitled, “Kris Aquino, Love Inspiration”. It was done at its Recording studio in the 9th floor of the Universal Tower. Super bilis siyang mag-recording ng mga narrative parts ng ma­lapit nang ilabas na CD.

Ang pagpasok ni Kris sa recording ang kinagulat ng iba. Sabi nila wala nang hihili­ngin pa si Kris sa kan­yang showbiz career. Nasa pinnacle of success siya sa telebis­yon. Naging bida siya sa mga most memorable films to date, na naging monster hits pa.

Kaya naman ma­rami ang nagtaka sa pag­pasok niya sa recording. Nagulat din sila nang maging super successful ang “Song Of Love & Healing” album mula sa Universal Records. Ilang linggo lang na­ilabas, naging gold record na. Mabilis din dumating ang platinum certificate ng CD.

Ngayon, tapos na ang recording ng “Kris Aquino, Love and Inspiration” album. Na­kita ko na ang magan­dang book-type package na talagang magu­gustu­han ng lahat. Lalo pa, kapag narinig ninyo ang magagandang 18 songs na kasama sa CD.

When Charlene Gonzales learned that her morning show “At Home Ako Dito” is to be axed to give way to Kris Aquino’s new show, “Weekends With Kris,” she of course felt bad about it. But the bad feelings reportedly turned to angry words exchanged when Charlene Gonzales learned that it was Kris Aquino herself who asked for the timeslot that Charlene Gonzales’ show has on the pretext na hindi naman daw nagri-rate ang show nito.

Charlene Gonzales, is Aga Muhlach’s wife. This new Kris Aquino show is going to compete with GMA’s Kay Susan Tayo.
