Super Bench Blackout Underwear Fashion Show frenzy, if not mania! lol..The Bench Blackout Underwear and Denim Show was a success with celebrity galore from the audience to the catwalk. Spotted in the audience were power couple Kris Aquino and James Yap, Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez, Georgina Wilson, Janno Gibbs, Bing Loyzaga, etc..while the celebrity endorsers of Bench were in full force in walking the ramp like Richard Gutierrez, Dingdong Dantes, Sam Milby, Diether Ocampo, Richard Gutierrez, Zanjoe Marudo, Enchong Dee, Nancy Castigleone, etc.., some in denim jeans shirtless and some in underwear. The highlight of the event undeniably is Dingdong Dantes. Notable too is Sam Milby who looked buffed.

Watch the Iisa Pa Lamang teaser below. Iisa Pa Lamang stars Gabby Concepcion, Claudine Barretto and Diether Ocampo. It is a highly anticipated teleserye because it will be Gabby Concepcion’s first acting assignment since leaving the Philippines more than a decade ago. The new primetime soap will be shown on ABS-CBN soon. The theme song which is of course entitled “Iisa Pa Lamang,” originally sung by Joey Albert, will be sang by Lani Misalucha.

Aside from Gabby Concepcion, Claudine Barretto and Diether Ocampo, “Iisa Pa Lamang” also stars Angelica Panganiban, Cherie Pie Picache, Laurice Guillen, Matt Evans, Melissa Ricks and Ms. Susan Roces. Iisa Pa Lamang is considered to be one of the most ambitious projects of ABS-CBN. to date by bringing a powerhouse cast. It is to be directed by Ruel S. Bayani and Manny Palo.

There are again lots of talk going around about Kristine Hermosa and her attitude problem and Dolly Ann Carvajal in her column pointed out the reasons why there are such talk. Oh well, i reported such too when i wrote about Kristine Hermosa being an Attitude Queen and also when Kristine Hermosa made some problems in a commercial, Kristine Hermosa and Marian Rivera nag-attitude sa Maxi-Peel shoot, so that in the next Maxi-Peel commercial, it only featured Marian Rivera. ABS-CBN announced that there will be Book Three of Prinsesa ng Banyera and then all of a sudden it was announced that the series is ending soon.

Looks like there’s more drama off-cam in the teleserye “Prinse sa ng Banyera.” In a previous column I wrote that the lead star Kristine Hermosa and director Andoy Ranay are at odds with each other because of the actress’ attitude problem.

After that item came out, Kristine apologized to Direk and for a while it seemed like all was well between them. Until Kristine started acting up again.

Depressed

My insider source reveals, “Direk Andoy begged off na from the last taping day. The show ends May 23. Di na niya ma-take ang pag-iinarte ni Tin. Pinaubaya na niya sa 2nd unit director niyang si Rechie del Carmen.

“Tin refused to do the burial scene ’cause depressed daw siya at ayaw na niya umiyak, so that scene was scrapped. At yung bridal gown na matagal nang pinapasukat sa kaniya, dun lang niya sinukat so ang tagal naghintay ng lahat para lang ma-alter ang gown for the taping.”

Kristine’s camp comes to her defense: “That’s unfair. Tin Tin is working so hard.”

But in defense of Kristine Hermosa, several Prinsesa ng Banyera insiders are saying that the reason why Kristine and Andoy Ranay fought in the set is because Andoy Ranay wanted Diether Ocampo on Prinsesa ng Banyera and Kristine does not like it at all. Also writer Dinno Erece wrote this about the feud:

Pasalamat si Direk Andoy Ranay at hindi gumanti ang Star Magic sa kanya.

May katotohanan daw ang ilang balitang naisulat sa mga nangyari sa Prinsesa ng Banyera.

Nagalit si Mr. M of Star Magic kay Direk Andoy dahil sa paglaglag nito sa bidang aktes na si Kristine Hermosa. Kung masusunod nga si Mr. M, walang Star Magic artist ang makaka-trabaho pa ni Direk Andoy, pero hindi ito ginawa ng artist department ng ABS-CBN.

Ang papalit sa Banyera na Wild Orchid, another Star Magic star ang magbibida, si Roxanne Guinoo at alam din ni Mr. M na si Direk Andoy pa rin ang direktor nito. Take note, gusto sana niyang papalitan ang direktor, pero si Tin na ang nagsabi na huwag nang pakialaman ang set-up dahil baka madamay pa si Roxanne sa issue.

Kahit sumama ang loob ni Kristine Hermosa kay Direk Andoy, hindi siya gumanti.

Hindi lang akalain ni Tin na ganoon lang kadali na ilaglag siya ng direcktor.

Hiyang-hiya si Gerald Anderson sa business man na si Edgar Mangahas dahil sa mga naglabasang balita na gay benefactor niya ito.

Sinabi ni Gerald na wala silang relasyon ni Edgar at lalong hindi siya binigyan ng condo unit nito pero inaming magkapit-bahay sila sa Montgomery Place sa E. Rodriguez, Quezon City dahil ito ang nag-rekomenda sa kanya tumira doon.

Ayon sa young actor, kilala na niya si Edgar bago pa man siya sumali sa Pinoy Big Brother house dahil kaibigan ito ng kanyang manager na si Jun Reyes.

Iginiit ni Gerald na wala namang masama kung may mga kaibigan man siyang bading pero wala aniya siyang balak na makipag-relasyon sa mga ito.

Ellen Adarna actually deserves to be on the cover of a men’s mag because Ellen Adarna has been the internet celeb that like that Youtube fake girl, is as close as we have to a new media star. “New Media” btw is the internet, if you still don’t know.

Meanwhile, Diether Ocampo cannot escape the clutches of ex-wife Kristine Hermosa. Everytime Kristine Hermosa has aproblem with a current beau, she runs to Diether.
