A Global Positioning System Tracking Key or GPS Tracking Key is a small, pocket sized device that receives signals from the twenty-four US Department of Defense GPS satellites orbiting the earth. The GPS allowed us to track our movements using printed tracking logs. An animated mapping system and Google Earth which shows satellite pictures of the areas we drove through, second by second.”
